And if this is your philosophy you would be right… but only for a while. Customers don’t owe you their loyalty. You have to earn it — continually.

My name is John Giaimo and I am the President of PinRaise. PinRaise has relationships with local churches, schools and other nonprofits and we are inviting local businesses to be part of our “Business with Heartheart pin™” network.

The program will generate a steady and continuous flow of customers to you.

You have probably been approached by various charitable groups to donate or be part of a fundraiser. In some instances, the nonprofit would send their people to your location with a flyer in hand to make a purchase and you would donate some portion of the purchase back to their cause.

This is exactly what the PinRaise mobile application will do! We place your company on PinRaise and local nonprofits direct their members to do business with you; you simply donate a portion of the paid transaction.

You control the amount of the donation; it can be as low as $.50 cents per transaction. But the good news is that the consumer is doing business with you with the potential of repeating time and again because you are supporting their cause!

How much does it cost? As mentioned, the donation is totally up to you. Currently there is no additional fee to be part of the PinRaise program.

You and your company will be known as a Business with Heartheart pin; we will provide point of sale materials to promote the fact that you care.

Q & A:

How will nonprofits know that I am a Business with Heartheart pin supporter? Participating nonprofits will broadcast to their members that your company is part of the PinRaise network. They understand that they need to be diligent about spreading the word in order for funds to be generated.

How and when are donations and fees processed? Donations are charged by the 10th of each month for donations generated from the preceding month.

How is the payment processed? We will have the credit card that you provide on file or if preferred we will invoice.

Can I monitor what is happening? Yes, you will receive a login to the PinRaise Business with Heartheart pin online dashboard that will allow you to manage special offers and donations. We even provide a means for you to set a budget! You will be able to view various daily and monthly reports which will demonstrate the effectiveness of the program.

How much is each donation? This is totally up to you. We recommend a sandwich restaurant give a minimum of $.50 for lunch and $1-2.00 for dinner. The dashboard allows you to have two types of donations; one for an ongoing donation (for example, $.50 for lunch), and the second one for special days and times. Maybe Tuesday is your slow day; you could provide an incentive to come between 4-6 PM on Tuesdays to earn a larger donation.

Does PinRaise offer any form of support? Absolutely, a customer service representative will be assigned to your account to ensure that you have all that you need to understand and manage your account. If you prefer, we can do it all for you.

Are my donations tax deductible? Yes; however, the nonprofit would need to be a tax exempt charitable organization under the IRS 501(c)(3) code.

PinRaise will provide you with a statement at the end of the year detailing qualifying donations.
